Great Cottage Breakfast

Sometimes the only way to start the week is with a massive fry up. We wanted to eat a full English breakfast that had been entirely produced at home – but in the interests of health we let some shop-bought mushrooms sneak in. That will keep heart attacks at bay, surely. First up the bacon and black pudding (thank you neighbours).

Well done to whichever of these naughty hens is laying our daily egg – we saved up all week to enjoy this meal.
